Virgil Raymond Burdsal, II, 70, passed away after a long struggle with cancer March 29, 2018
in Savannah, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Katherine Burdsal. He is survived by his
former wife Nancy and his three sons Robert and his wife Heather from Gainesville, Georgia,
Matthew and his wife Kirsten from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Brett and his wife Kelly from
Clovis, California; four Granddaughters, Savannah, Caroline, Abigail and Annabelle. He is
also survived by his sister Mary and her wife Debbie, brother Jim and his wife Carol and his
brother Paul.
Raymond’s service will be held Friday April 6th at 10:00 am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic
Church in Savannah, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
