Willie Benox Robinson, 76, of Chas, South. Carolina, passed away on June 14, 2024, in Port
Wentworth, Georgia. He entered this world on August 12, 1947, and lived a life marked by
devotion to his country, his faith, and his family.
A veteran of the United States Army, Willie served honorably as a Medic, distinguishing
himself through his service. Following his military career, he continued to protect and serve
as a security professional at Rewis security. He will be missed greatly by John and Jamie
Rewis and many others.
As a faithful servant to the Lord Willie strove to be kind and helpful to everyone he came
across.
Willie’s life was enriched by his love for music, which he expressed through playing bass in
a band named Black Lung. His fondness for scary movies and his innate sense of humor
brought joy and laughter to his friends and family, who will dearly miss these cherished
moments.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving granddaughter Caitlyn and her spouse
Matthew Bulnes of Walthourville, Ga, grandsons William and Samuel Reynolds of Bud, WV,
and daughter-in-law Ashley Reynolds Mullins and Brad Mullins of Bud, WV. Willie was
predeceased by his mother Daisy Robinson, father Cornelius Robinson, and son Jessie
(Jman) Reynolds.
Willie’s life will be honored and remembered in the hearts of those who knew him as a man
of integrity, warmth, and genuine kindness.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday June 20th at Families First Funeral Care &
Cremation Center on Dean Forrest Rd, Garden City.
