Wilton Glenn Andrews, better known as Scooter, passed away at home on July 23,2022.
He was born June 3, 1952 and was raised in Savannah GA. He was a resident of Pooler GA for the last several years. He was a graduate of Jenkins High School class of 1970. Scooter was 70 years old.
Scooter was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth (Liz) J. Andrews, daughter Alissa Luke, parents Wilton Glenn Sr and Frances Andrews and brothers David and Arthur Andrews.
Scooter is survived by his sister Bonnie Andrews Jobe, grandchildren Lakelyn and Caleb Luke, sister-in-law Elizabeth Ford Andrews, nieces Melissa Andrews (Robert) and Margaret Jobe, nephew Michael Shawn Jobe (Catherine); and several other family members.
Scooter had an uncanny wit and sense of humor. He had the ability to let you know how much you were loved. He had an adventurous spirit and ambitious attitude. He loved a colorful life. It was complete once he met the love of his life Liz and her daughter Alissa. We will miss him but know he is happy and at peace as he is now united with them in Heaven.

I will always remember Scooter. He was funny and witty. Way before his time. Didn’t think much of the establishment. I knew him best as a young adult. He took up a lot of time with his niece my daughter Melissa when she was a child. Good looking looked like Ricky Nelson. May you Rest In Peace .
