Carolyn Sitton, 94, was born on March 1, 1930, in Deland, Florida. Carolyn Sitton passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, March 23, 2024, with her family by her side.
She was a life long homemaker and artist.
Carolyn Sitton was the wife of Mr. John William Sitton Sr.
Carolyn was a friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. Joseph Johnson and Mrs. Mittie Johnson, brothers, and daughter Darlene Dewey.
She is survived by her son John W. Sitton Jr. (Robin); Grandchildren Shawn Waters, Johnathan Waters (Jessica), Haley Martin (Bryan) Jamie, Bailey, and Adeleigh Blitch, and Bryan Martin Jr.; Grandchildren Kari L. Travers and Robert S. Dewey and Great Grandsons Sabin Travers, Sargent Keric Travers USMC; Cousin Betty Bessenger; Nephews James Johnson and John Johnson, and Niece Betty Jo Rosetti.
