Charles “Blade”Seabrooks, 68, of Garden City, died Thursday, June 9th, 2016 at Hospice Savannah.
The family would like to thank the J.C. Lewis Cancer Center, Dr. Mark Taylor and staff, Diane Hinley, Cancer research coordinator, Dr. Douglass Mullins and staff, Steward Center for Palliative Care staff, Candler Hospital, 6 North staff, Docu Family Medical Center and staff, Hospice of Savannah staff. Thank you, the Seabrooks family.
