Gary Steven Hester, age 66, of Savannah, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Mr. Hester was born, May 26, 1954, in Savannah to the late, Harold Connor Hester and Frances Geraldine Booth Hester. He worked in the pest control industry for over 30 years and served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 5 years.
Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Connie Lee Hester, his sons, Gary S. Hester, Jr., Matthew H. Hester, his sister-in-law, Theresa Irving, a number of other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service will be held, Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 11 am, at Central Christian Church, 6810 Skidaway Road, Savannah, GA 31406 with military honors.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
