Hilliary Harris Rollins was born on December 8, 1957, in Savannah, GA, and passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 66 in Savannah, GA. He was a graduate of Georgia Southern University and dedicated 25 years of his life to the Department of Family and Children Services before retiring.

Harris was known for his caring and kind nature, his witty sense of humor, and his love for being around people. He found joy in entertaining others and brought smiles to many faces.

He is survived by his loving husband, Oliver Emmitt Smith, his daughter Callie Rollins Linch, his son Zachary Rollins, his mother Sylvia Rollins, and his sister Avalon Jewell.

Hilliary Harris Rollins will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in peace.
