Anne and all family members my heart is with you. Howard and I had a lot of good times growing up. He was a great big brother, always making sure I was okay. Offering his opinion on my dates… yes he did. I love him and know he’s at peace.

Living several hours away from family surely has its disadvantages. We miss out on daily life, on special events and the closeness that comes with being in a close vacinity of one another. But it has a special way of helping us to hold on to memories of time well spent with our loved ones. I will always remember Uncle Howard being kind, smiling, and offering big hugs when he saw you. He was a good soul and will surely be missed by many. Many prayers are being sent to our loved ones in Savannah! We love you all

Truly one of the last of a dying breed, a Southern gentleman, soft spoken and kind to his very core. May your wonderful memories of him comfort you Ann and all his family and friends during this difficult time.
