Marinda Carter, 69, of Tifton, GA, passed away on December 6, 2023, after a short health battle.

Marinda (Rin), born on June 7, 1954, to Alice Parker in Tifton, was a bundle of joy from the very beginning. She gave life, strength, and knowledge.  Laughter and kindness are her forever living policies.

Rin was predeceased by her mother, Alice Morris and her daughter, Tiffany Mack. She is survived by her son, Terexian (Sharon) Mack; her siblings Gary Parker, Ronnie (Betty Jo) Carter, Landy Keith Morris, and Barina (Jamaan) Bryant; her grandchildren, DeVente (Paris) Mack, Nettitia Mack, Devin Jenkins, Tevernicus Mack, Kayin Randall, and Tevon Mack. And a host of family and friends.

The Memorial Service will be held at Families First Funeral Care Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM.
