Randell Eugene Conner, age 51, passed away October 25, 2018 at St Joseph’s Hospital, Savannah Georgia, after a short illness.
He lived most of his life in Garden City and was employed at Georgia Ports Authorities, with CSI, for 20 years, as a grid designer/ supervisor.
Randell’s greatest hobby was NASCAR racing and spending time with his son, daughter, and nephew, Brandon Bodaford.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gazzie Edward Conner, brothers, Danny Conner(infant) and Tony Conner.
Surviving are his son, Christopher Conner (Amanda), grandson, Colton Hunter Conner- Due December 2018. Daughter, Jennifer Douberly (Bryan) grandchildren- Caleb, Erika, and Landon, all of Brooklet Georgia. Mother, Miriam Conner, two sisters, Karen Goodlin (Wayne) and Jennifer Allen, three brothers, Richard Conner, Mitchell Conner (Becky)and Gazzie Delin Conner. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be announced later, when final arrangements are made.
“Do not weep for me for I have not gone. I am the memory that dwells in the heart of those who knew me. Therefore, the wise weep not, but rejoice at the transformation of my Being”.

So very sorry for your lost. He is now watching over us. Waiting for the day we meet again. Fly with the angels my friend you will truly be missed.
I will always love you and miss you. You were a great husband and awesome friend. My heart will be empty for a long time. I met Randall in 2003 when I started working at GPA. Randall was a hard and dedicated worker, glad to have known and worked with him over the years. Rest In Peace my friend, prayers out to all family members. ????????

I’ve known you over half of my life. You’ve always been so very kind. There were many times we had great conversations about life in general, and I enjoyed every single one of them. You are now in a place where there is no pain, may your soul Rest In Peace, and your great outlook on life be a gift to the ones left behind. I am so very sorry for your loss. Miriam, I sincerely hold you up in my prayers. I have never had to face the horror of one of my children passing so I can only imagine. You are a strong Lady and you’ve raised some strong children. I will keep you all in my prayers as you adjust to this. Just remember, he’s gone to our forever home where there are no more tears. May the Good Lord Bless and keep you all.
