Condolence from William & Jessica Morris on October 9th, 2022 2:55 pm

To the Woodward family,
Mrs Woodward (aka Mama Woodward) will be missed by everyone that ever met her! Always a lady and one of the strongest Christians I’ve ever met. She worked continually to help the Church, the family, friends and the less fortunate.
I’m 58 now and I met Charlie and his family when we were at Church when we were 13. From that point that I have loved the Woodward family! So many great years of friendship, Church and family. I went to so many Woodward reunions on Tybee that some thought I was a Woodward child or grandchild!! Any chance to eat with Mama Woodward cooking was a great day! I can’t count the trips to Church camp, swimming in the creek, bowling, and trips to Tybee! They were all good days!
Her home was always spotless and the kitchen smelled great!!
I love the Woodward family and I pray Gods comfort and peace are with you all! Todays she’s with her husband, Woody, Tommy, Bro. Fred, and all her family that have gone on before us!! It has to be a great homecoming in Heaven!!
I thank the entire family for their love and kindness throughout my life! Love to all of you! Thank you! William Morris

Love to you and Fred.

Condolence from Amanda Leavy on October 11th, 2022 6:42 am

I have such wonderful memories of Virginia. Most prominent when I think of her is her smile. The same beautiful smile she shared with her sisters. I am praying for grace and peace for you all. I like to think she is co-piloting Erwin. She was always selfless and taking care of others but loved her family the most. With sympathy and love, Mandy
