Frank E. Nelson, 69, died peacefully on Saturday, June 20, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.
Frank was born in Palm Beach, Florida the son of Frank E. Nelson Sr. and Rita M. Conrad.
Frank worked as a Karaoke Disc Jockey until retirement. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool
and darts. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother, he will be missed by so
many friends and family.
He leaves 2 children, Melanie Babcock and her husband Bryan Babcock and Christina
Cohn; and 4 brothers Stephen E. Nelson, Fred Nelson, Ed Nelson, Butch Collins; and 2 sisters,
Rita Collins and Barbara Furlong; and 8 grandchildren, Christopher and Krista Babcock, Matthew,
Corey, Bryan and Callie Babcock, Ryan, Cristen, Brittney and Kelsey; and 5 great grandchildren,
Chloe, Christopher, Kennedy, Bentley and Ella.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters Jean Jackson and Santa Kessler.
His family will receive friends on Saturday, June 27, 2020, from 1-3 PM at The Seed Church, 1950
Chatham Parkway, Savannah Ga. 31405.
