Jackie Leonard Chapman, 67, of Rincon, passed away Wednesday August 28 2019.
He was a lifelong automotive painter and avid Nascar fan. He loved to fish Ebenezer creek. He was a Clint Eastwood western fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Frank S. and Mrs. Retha L Chapman. Brothers Carnell S, John C, and Franklin Earl Chapman.
Jackie is Survived by his children David, Jake, Diane, and James Chapman. His grandchildren Timothy S. and Brianna L. Sister Patricia Chapman Mardula. Brothers; William Roy, Robert Eugene Sr., Charles Ray, Denny David Sr. Jerry Jeral, and Norman Lee Chapman. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is at 12:00pm Monday, Sept. 9th, 2019 at Families First Funeral Care on Dean Forest Rd.
Graveside service to follow at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Savannah.

I knew Jackie during the school days, and he helped me many times with my car. He was a great automobile mechanic, including the best radiator serviceman in Savannah. He was a really nice guy.
