James Daniel Sheffield, Sr., 59, of Bloomingdale passed away Friday, May 20th, 2016 at his residence .
Born in Savannah to James H. Sheffield and Essie Pauline Veenstra. He worked in construction as a roofer.
He is survived by his children, Christina Ann Sheffield and James Daniel Sheffield, Jr., Jamie Duncan and Christopher Thomas Sheffield, his grandchildren, Ashley, Jacob and Daniel, his mother, Pauline Veenstra, his sister, Paulette Sheffield, his brothers, Charles Sheffield, David Veenstra and Edward Veenstra and a number of other relatives and friends.
