I have nothing but the deepest sympathy for all of you learning this news. John spent a great portion of my life in the role of a father figure, although we were not in close contact these past few years he stayed in my mind as all family does. The news shocked me as much as I’m sure it shocked all of you. I hope that you’re all finding him somewhere in your world still, I know that he’ll still find space in mine.
Thank you for the kindness that you all showed me during my time amongst the cousins. You welcomed myself as well as JJ and Myranda so openly and for that I will always be grateful. I hope that you all treat yourselves with the same kindness during this tough time.
With love and deepest condolences,
Ellie
