Robert Mizell passed away peacefully on Monday, February 21, 2022, at Hospice of Savannah.
Robert spent the final years of his working career in the sporting goods department at the Rincon Wal-Mart, where he was much loved by customers and coworkers.
After retirement, when he wasn’t loving on his cats or spending time with family and friends, he could be found eating at the Omelette Cafe in Rincon and browsing the stores and pawnshop.
He is survived by his brothers, George Mizell of Mildenhall, England and Richard Mizell of Savannah, Georgia; nieces Kimberly Mizell, Kelly Mizell, Ellie Pelt, and Eliza Shinall; grand nieces and nephews Samuel, Zachary, Tierney, Jackson, Zoe, Lyla, and Weston; close friends and roommates Scott and Jennifer Eisenhart; estranged sons, Robbie and John; and other friends and family.
